Advisory Committee Member (Renton, WA)

The Computer Network Technology program, at Renton Technical College, is in need of volunteers to serve on its Curriculum Advisory Committee(CAC). Applicants need to be employed or maintain a business within the Information Technology industry, preferrably in the networking field. Generally, CAC members serve minimally a one year term, and meet 3-4 time per year (once per academic quarter). CAC members provide insight, evaluation, and recommendations to faculty and staff involved in the implementation and maintenance of resources (hardware, software, textbooks, curriculum content, etc.). Rock Climbing Volunteers at Vertical World Seattle

Outdoors for All's rock climbing programs require volunteers to serve as belayers, help with fitting harnesses and helmets and provide overall encouragement and supervision. Come volunteer and climb after the program at Vertical World at no charge! (This applies to program dates only) Our Custom Events program is looking for volunteers to support and belay participants from the Mercer Island Parks and Recreation program. You must be belay checked 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the program. Location is at Vertical World in Seattle, WA. Rock climbing volunteers are needed from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and must be at least 16 years old. Occurs weekly on Tuesdays from November 4th to 18th. Looking for Cycling Volunteers

Join us for a fall cycle along the Green River Trail leaving from Cecil Moses Park. We are seeking volunteers to help be a cycling buddy for one of our many participants and van drivers. Cycling is one of our most popular volunteer roles. Come join us to find out why!! Start location is at Cecil Moses Park. Cycling buddy volunteers must be at least 16 years old--volunteer time from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. Van Drivers must be 21 or older--volunteer time from 8 am to 4 pm.
